How much will my order cost?
A standard size dozen starts at $48 plus local taxes. Prices go up depending on size and detail. For a customized quote please fill out the form on our Order Inquiry page.

Do you offer discounts for large orders? Due to the time it takes to hand cut, bake, and decorate each cookie I’m not able to offer discounts on cookies. I am more than happy to work with clients to pick designs that give you the most bang for your buck! 

How do I pay for my cookies? We accept payment via credit/debit card through Square Inc. Invoices are sent Mondays and Tuesdays the week of your Pick-Up Date. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED YOUR INVOICE BY TUESDAY EVENING PLEASE EMAIL US. (sugarstripessc@gmail.com)

How far in advance should I place my order?
The Sooner the better!  It is never too early to book a date for your order.  Two weeks’ notice is required, but if this is not possible, please reach out. I may be able to accommodate a last minute order.
 
I have never ordered with SugarStripes before. Where do I begin?
To place an order start by clicking on the Order Inquiry tab and filling out the form. We will review your order and respond via email within 48-72 hours.

Are you nut free?
I am not a nut free home.  Cookies contain sugar, butter, eggs, soy and/or wheat.  I use fresh local ingredients and do not add any preservatives.  Please ask if you have additional questions.
 
Do you bake gluten free or sugar free?
Not at this time.
 
Where are you located? Do you deliver?
I am a home based baker located in Columbia, SC. I meet cookie clients for picks-ups at various locations around town. (Garners Ferry Road, Forest Acres, Bush River Road)

Do you ship?
No, SugarStripes is a home bakery operating under the Cottage Food Law of South Carolina. We are not subject to inspection by the South Carolina Health Department, and we are unable to ship at this time. All orders must be picked up in Columbia, SC.
